NDetwiler Travels LLC is an independent travel agency based in Orlando, Florida, operating as an affiliated independent advisor of the host agency Cruise Brothers. We help plan and arrange travel through third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, and insurers.
3. Our role as a travel advisor
We act as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers who provide your trip. The suppliers are independent third parties, and your travel is also subject to their own terms, conditions, and policies, which you agree to when you book.
4. Quotes, bookings, and payments
- Quotes are based on availability and pricing at the time provided and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and any required deposit is paid.
- Payments for travel are made to the applicable supplier (for example, the cruise line or resort), not to NDetwiler Travels, unless otherwise stated.
- Prices, taxes, fees, gratuities, and promotions are set by the suppliers and may change. Not all offers can be combined.
5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the policies of the supplier for your booking, including any deposits, penalties, or non-refundable amounts. We strongly recommend travel protection. NDetwiler Travels does not charge its own cancellation fee, but supplier penalties may apply.
6. Travel documents
You are responsible for obtaining and traveling with the correct documents, including valid passports, visas, and any health requirements. Failure to carry required documents may result in denied boarding without refund.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDetwiler Travels is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, schedule changes, supplier insolvency, or other force-majeure events). Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the planning fees you paid to us, if any.
8. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to plan and book your travel. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
9. Messaging
Communications by text message are subject to the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy, including consent, opt-out (reply STOP), and that consent is not a condition of purchase.
10. Intellectual property
The content on this website is owned by NDetwiler Travels or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
